There is not a day that goes by Father were my heart tears up, especially when me and my friends talk about Wedding plans. Every girl dreams of their father walking them down the aisle. Dad would always tell me what to do in certain situations.. Lately i’ve been meaning to ask him what i am supposed to do… things were left unsaid. It still seems like yesterday he passed away. It has been five years and a half since he passed away (God Rest Your Soul), and i’m good, knowing that he does not hurt anymore. He is with his parents and i will see him soon.
Every now and then, i will stop and think about how life would be if he was here with me today. i think about him a lot, but know that he is watching down on me and still taking care of me.
Love what you have while you have it, because it can be taken away from you at any point or even in a split second. Don’t ever waste a moment; cherish all you have..

Live to your fullest. Every child says they hate their mother or father at least once: just eat your words because they won’t always be there for you. Spend as much time as you can with the people you love the most, because once they’re gone, you can’t get that time back.

What’s great about taking an evening walk in central London?
- You can enjoy great views of landmark sites all lighted up.
- There is often a good musical accompaniment with someone busking nearby.
- The atmosphere is more relaxed, even leisurely, in sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle and the “I need to get somewhere important” rush of the city during the day.
- It can be a romantic end to a date.
- Seeing all the tourists reminds you to appreciate what is around you and to “live in the moment”.
- Its light exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise.

Easy relief from sinus infections….
We could benefit with a few info on sinus.. it is a problem and i have it :O(

A very simple way to get relief from sinus infections. Just apply olive oil only 2-3 drops on feet pads (inside) and hands palm with soft pressure of fingers up-down and left-right for only 2 minutes and feel nice after 8-10 minutes. Always away from medicine.
Beneficial for :
- Lungs work well.
- Easy breathing.
- Whole night sleep well.
- Stop dripping nose.
- Nose open.
- Sneeze Closure
